I like to write, and I hope to one day have at least a few published stories under my belt. I've sort of made some vague, stumbling steps towards professionalization, but I'm still extremely new to the industry and unsure how to get my foot in -__-. Until then, I'll probably put little bits and bobs here, especially as I continue to write and get rejected!
10 pages, 4,661 words - a would-be bride travels with her fiancee to retrieve her stolen heart from a witch.
This is the first short story I actually finished, which is now...two years old. Very scary. Most of the people who have read this have agreed that conceptually this is strong, but I've grown a lot in my writing. Still, I do consider this an artistic milestone, and I hold a lot of fondness for this work. Even if it's not my best anymore, hopefully it can bring some interest, without being too tedious.
Besides my short stories, I also have various narrative projects that I want to work on long-term. These range from books to webcomics to video games. Definitely a bit ambitious, but I genuinely do want to have these all "out" in some form or other before I die. Until then, they'll be documented here. A fantasy webcomic split between two parts: the Old and the New. In one story, a palace guard rethinks her loyalties when she learns her brother has deserted to join the seeds of a rebellion. In the other, a woman desperately seeks a way back home - the only certain way to stop the feathery curse that seeps into her skin. Desires, motives, and worlds will collide in this love-letter to YA dystopia writing.

Ruled under the careful eye and preternatural guidance of the Prophet Erika and her council for countless centuries, rumors are swirling of a new prophecy, one that foretells the end of the carefully-laid peace as everyone knows it.

A simple Twine game centered around You, an unnamed agent sent to investigate a newly-found Anomaly. What seems like a straightforward Path quickly partitions into a labyrinth of 100 rooms, each ripe for entering. But be careful...knowledge is meant to be shared, and the more You learn of your surroundings, the more it learns of You.
In a slowly baking world, scuttling creatures fend off the heat through tradition and devotion. The First ascended to shadowy safety through the use of the Last Dragon's skull, and now all follow this mythic friendship, donning skulls of various creatures to protect your soft insides from the shrivelling heat. Become anything your heart desires - from a sharpshooter with a twisted backstory, to a doddering preacher whose smile promises just a bit more than salvation. Imagination is your only limitation in this roleplay-oriented Roblox game.
The "Misc" tab contains small story concepts and ideas that I aren't fully fleshed out yet, or that I feel like wouldn't necessarily be as time-consuming as my long-term projects, if I were to just sit down and Get Them Out. Some of them are even smaller projects I hope to use as stepping stones to get acquainted with the technology and/or community I need to support my main ideas.
